By Far had built a devoted following on Instagram but no physical world. They wanted to evolve the brand into a global boutique retailer without flattening what made it distinctive.
DE-YAN led creative strategy, concept development, store design, production and global rollout. This included the concept store in West Hollywood as well as localized flagships in London, Paris, and Shanghai, each distinct in materiality and mood. Twelve stores across three continents, with a retail identity system built to flex by market without losing the brand.
