Jimmy Butler’s Big Face Coffee had cultural heat but no physical world to match.

DE-YAN led location scouting, design, production, and guest experience across a twelve-month build for the Big Face flagship—brushed steel, curved architecture, and a central bar made the place feel fresh and modern. The shop tripled projected sales and outlasted Jimmy Butler's time in Miami, becoming the retail blueprint for its San Francisco and Milwaukee locations.
